Primary Care & Osteopathic Medicine Medical Scribe
Bandi Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of medical scribe services, seeking skilled and motivated Live Medical Scribes with experience in Primary Care and Osteopathic Medicine to join our growing team. As a medical scribe, you will work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to document patient encounters in real time, enabling providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Work From Office Only. This is NOT a remote position. Candidates must be willing to work from our Chennai office.
Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters in real time using eClinicalWorks (ECW) Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
- Accurately record patient histories, chief complaints, review of systems, physical examination findings, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations.
- Assist physicians by documenting preventive care visits, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and wellness examinations.
- Capture osteopathic-specific documentation, including musculoskeletal evaluations, osteopathic structural examinations, and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) notes when applicable.
- Ensure accurate documentation of medications, allergies, laboratory results, diagnostic studies, referrals, and patient education.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members to facilitate effective and accurate documentation.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.
- Support workflow efficiency by ensuring timely and complete chart documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related education preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Live Medical Scribe in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Osteopathic Medicine.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) EHR software is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and clinical documentation practices.
- Familiarity with chronic disease management, preventive care guidelines, and primary care workflows.
- Knowledge of osteopathic medicine concepts and documentation of Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a plus.
- Excellent typing speed, computer proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare providers.
- Capable of multitasking and performing efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Important Requirements
Prior LIVE Medical Scribe experience is mandatory.
Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Osteopathic Medicine is preferred.
