About the Role Naara Kia Motors is hiring enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our dealership sales team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their car-buying journey, providing product demonstrations, and driving vehicle sales for Kia models.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the showroom and understand their automotive needs.

• Present Kia vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options clearly.

• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and arrange customer test drives.

• Follow up on sales leads via phone and email to close deals.

• Manage customer documentation and facilitate a smooth vehicle delivery process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate or 10+2 diploma.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented with a passion for automobiles and customer service.

• Valid 4-wheeler driving license (preferred for test drives).

• Freshers with high energy and good communication are encouraged to apply.
