Profile - Asset Desk Manager (ADM) Location - Durgapur & Bhubaneshwar Experience - 4-8 Years Role Overview Responsible for driving Asset business through assigned branches by collaborating with Asset BUs (RA / MIB / SEB) and branch liability teams. Act as an enabler for lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions across Retail & SME Asset products. Key Responsibilities - Drive asset penetration through existing liability relationships. - Filter & assign asset leads to product teams; ensure followup till disbursement. - Attend customer meetings; pitch asset products & support conversions. - Conduct joint visits, loan camps, training & branch activation activities. - Selfsource and convert digital & field leads. - Crosssell Asset, CASA, Deposits & Fee products. - Ensure TATbased service and customer satisfaction. - Provide market insights to product teams. Preferred candidate profile - Education: MBA / Graduate / Postgraduate - Experience: 4 to 8 years in Retail/SME Asset sourcing (Private/Foreign banks preferred) - Strong product knowledge, communication, negotiation & networking skills. - Positive understanding of financial ratios & banking regulations. .
