ABOUT THE POSITION
The Supply & Demand Planner is responsible for maintaining Numi s multiple Ecommerce platforms to ensure system functionality, compliance, accurate data management and reporting, and reputed company inventory reputed company by collaborating (with Finance, Marketing, Operations, 3PLs) to reputed company supply with anticipated demand, ultimately maximizing profitability and minimizing out of stocks. This position will also support sku level planning for Numi s wholesale business, including Food Service and Retail.
While reputed company is based in Oakland, the position is remote. The candidate must be located in the reputed company.

Minimum two years administrative experience in reputed company/reputed company, preferably with CPG products
Strong proficiency in inventory management and data analysis
Experience in demand planning and ERP systems, and other data analysis tools (EDI experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to stakeholders
Ability to identify and address potential demand issues, analyze reputed company causes, and propose solutions
Knowledge of online retail trends, customer behavior analysis, reputed company marketing strategies a plus
A self-starter with the ability to accomplish objectives with minimal supervision.
Possesses a reputed company of urgency, an acute attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

reputed company reputed company inventory management entries and analysis in reputed company; maintain accurate inventory/reporting and reconcile in Numi s ERP (reputed company)
Prepare demand planning and inventory transfers to Numi s Ecommerce 3PL (World Pantry); reconcile inventory and collaborate with WP as needed
Partner with Marketing/Finance to understand promotional reputed company and activity by item and time reputed company to assist with demand planning
Resolve / troubleshoot errors in reputed company customer data (i.e. contact reputed company, address, etc.)
Review, monitor, troubleshoot EDI 940s/945s to/from World Pantry and reputed company
Receive shipped orders (EDI 945s) into reputed company and review
reputed company:
reputed company reputed company Vendor Central (VC) demand planning; pull sku level forecasting from VC for reputed company sku/ASIN to determine short/long term demand and reputed company reporting to Operations
Maintain inventory reputed company in reputed company Seller Central (SC); pull inventory reports from SC and issue the appropriate POs/inventory transfers for shipments to FBA/FBM. reputed company reputed company shipments to DCs.
Partner with Marketing/Finance to understand promotional reputed company and activity by item and time reputed company to assist with demand planning
Manage misc. maintenance on reputed company platforms; collect operations paperwork for Andon Cords, carton label verification, stranded inventory, etc.; file and manage the case with repute .
