Immediate Hiring Workday Specialists (Learning, Advanced Compensation, Prism & Reporting) 10 Positions
We are building a Workday Center of Excellence and seeking 10 dynamic professionals with expertise in Workday Learning, Advanced Compensation, Prism Analytics, and Reporting. You will be part of a global transformation team delivering next-gen HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Workday Advanced Compensation cycles (merit, bonus, stock grants).
- Design and deploy Workday Learning modules for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Build and optimize Workday Prism Analytics dashboards for HR insights.
- Develop custom reports and deliver actionable analytics to leadership.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance and equity.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and automate compensation and learning processes.
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Solid expertise in Workday Learning configuration.
- Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting.
- Knowledge of eligibility rules, compensation matrices, validations, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certification is a plus.
