Immediate Hiring Workday Specialists (Learning, Advanced Compensation, Prism & Reporting) 10 Positions
We are building a Workday Center of Excellence and seeking 10 dynamic professionals with expertise in Workday Learning, Advanced Compensation, Prism Analytics, and Reporting. You will be part of a global transformation team delivering next-gen HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage Workday Advanced Compensation cycles (merit, bonus, stock grants).
Design and deploy Workday Learning modules for enterprise-wide adoption.
Build and optimize Workday Prism Analytics dashboards for HR insights.
Develop custom reports and deliver actionable analytics to leadership.
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance and equity.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and automate compensation and learning processes.
Desired Skills
Hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
Strong expertise in Workday Learning configuration.
Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting.
Knowledge of eligibility rules, compensation matrices, validations, and reporting frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Workday certification is a plus.
