Manage end-to-end Payroll Processing. Handle PF & ESI enrolment, monthly filing, and related statutory compliance. Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Maintain employee attendance and leave records. Manage employee documentation, personnel files, and HR records. Coordinate onboarding and employee joining formalities. Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance-related records. Support day-to-day HR administration and employee coordination.

Minimum 3 years of HR experience. Solid knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labour laws. Experience in attendance management and employee document maintenance. Positive communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Immediate joiners only will be preferred.
