Customer Support Executive International BPO

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our International BPO team. The role involves handling customer interactions with international clients through voice and non-voice processes while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with international clients
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards
- Achieve performance targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with prior experience in BPO / Customer Service will be preferred
Language & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Salary Package
- Freshers: 3 LPA (Approx.)
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 7 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

- Rotational shifts, including night shifts
