- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
- Handle denial management by identifying and appealing denied claims.
- Conduct revenue cycle management activities such as registration, verification, and authorization processes.
- Appeal rejected claims to minimize write-offs and maximize revenue collection.
- Utilize robust communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies.
- 1-4 years of experience in US Healthcare industry with expertise in AR Calling, Denial Management, Denial Handling, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), Appeals & Rejections.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone or email.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts including ICD-10 coding system.
