Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Tamil Voice Process Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a professional and polite communication style.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).
Valuable communication skills in Tamil (fluency mandatory).
Basic knowledge of English or Hindi will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
