Role : Senior Implementation Consultant Loan Orientation System [LOS]

We are looking for a seasoned Implementation Leader to drive large-scale deployments of LeadSquared's LOS platform. This role will own end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and long-term customer success.
Own and drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise LOS clients
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across BFSI customers
Translate business requirements into scalable solution architecture and configurations
Oversee platform configuration, integrations (APIs), and custom workflows
Manage project timelines, risks, escalations, and delivery governance
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution
Ensure successful go-live, adoption, and post-implementation stability
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of implementation processes.
57 years of experience in SaaS implementation / consulting / delivery roles
Strong experience in LOS (Loan Origination Systems) and BFSI domain
Proven track record of handling enterprise-scale implementations
Strong understanding of lending lifecycle (origination, underwriting, disbursal)
Experience with CRM / Marketing Automation platforms
Exposure to agile delivery methodologies
