Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Global Payroll implementation projects.
- Coordinate client onboarding and payroll system setup.
- Validate payroll data and support data migration activities.
- Configure Global Payroll Portal and payroll workflows.
- Coordinate with clients, Payroll Service Providers (PSPs), and internal teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and payroll go-live activities.
- Monitor implementation timelines, trackers, and project documentation.
- Prepare handover documents and ensure smooth transition to payroll operations.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and support timely resolution.
- Maintain implementation documentation and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- 5 6+ years of experience in Payroll Implementation, Global Payroll, or Payroll Operations.
- Valuable understanding of payroll processes and payroll data structures.
- Experience in payroll implementation and client onboarding.
- Exposure to multi-country/global payroll environments is preferred.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office. .
