Skills & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Design solutions that meet industry best practices and align with business processes.
- Implement and configure ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, business rules, and workflows, to align with client needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
- Promote ITIL and ServiceNow best practices in process implementation and solution design.
- Provide recommendations for process automation, incident reduction, and resource optimization.
- Develop and execute test plans, document configuration changes, and provide end-user training.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Strong experience in designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow workflows and processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and experience in REST/SOAP integrations.
- Robust understanding of ITIL processes and practices.
- Proficiency in developing ServiceNow custom applications and integrations.
- Knowledge of asset management, CMDB, and discovery tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Qualification:
BE./B.Tech/BCS/BCA/Bsc.IT or Masters Degree in Computers/Information Technology
- Certification:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM certification preferred).
