01Responsibilities
Manage import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and laws.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
Handle import/export paperwork, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Resolve any issues or disputes related to import/export activities.
Keep up-to-date with changes in import/export regulations and trade agreements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate import/export activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Master's in Import Export can be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
