- ;Handle end-to-end import and export operations of medical devices and spare parts. - ;Prepare and verify all shipment documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, COO, and Insurance. - ;Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners. - ;Ensure compliance with CDSCO, DGFT, Customs, and Medical Device Rules (MDR 2017). - ;Manage import licenses, IEC, HS codes, and regulatory clearances. - ;Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery. - ;Handle duty calculations, exemptions, and related compliance. - ;Maintain records for audits, traceability, and regulatory inspections. - ;Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and customs queries. - ;Support export documentation for overseas customers and distributors. ;
