Key Responsibilities
Required Tele calling handling person.English, Hindi & Telugu Languages mandatory Required immediate joinersHandle import and export documentation.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics partners.Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other export/import documents.Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for shipment planning.Monitor import/export costs and maintain shipment records.Apply for and maintain import/export licenses and registrations when required.Prepare reports related to shipments, logistics, and trade compliance.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
