Job Profile Import & Export Executive
Basic knowledge of Import & Export procedures, Customs and DGFT regulations.
Knowledge of APEDA, PMS and IDPMS processes.
Handling shipping bill and Bill of Entry regularisation.
Handling pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation.
Basic knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) documents and procedures.
Processing of RoDTEP, Duty Drawback and other export incentives.
Coordination with Customs for timely clearance of shipments.
Handling EGM/IGM filing and related documentation.
Monitoring Advance Authorisation and EPCG obligations.
Maintaining and updating e-BRC records.
Applying for Certificate of Origin and other required certificates.
Maintaining proper records of export, import and banking documents.
Coordinating with transporters, freight forwarders, CHA/Customs brokers and shipping lines.
Ensuring timely movement, clearance and delivery of goods. .
