Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Import Documentation Executive to handle import documentation, coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, clients, and internal teams, and ensure timely clearance and delivery of import shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end import documentation and shipment coordination.
Prepare and verify import documents such as Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, arrival notice, and delivery order.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.
Track shipment status and ensure timely documentation and clearance.
Coordinate for Bill of Entry, customs clearance, duty-related documentation, and delivery.
Follow up for shipment documents and resolve documentation discrepancies.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable import regulations.
Coordinate with overseas agents and customers whenever required.
Candidate Requirements
23 years of relevant experience in Import Documentation / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
Good knowledge of import procedures and shipping documentation.
Familiarity with shipping lines, customs clearance, and freight forwarding processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and work within deadlines.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
