About The Opportunity A fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding firm operating across India, we specialize in seamless international import/export operations, customs documentation, and end-to-end supply chain coordination for global shippers and manufacturers. Our team ensures regulatory compliance, on-time clearances, and cost-optimized cargo movement making us a trusted partner for brands scaling cross-border trade. Role & Responsibilities Process customs documentation including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificates of Origin for air, sea, and land shipments. Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery across Indian ports and ICDs. Track shipment status, resolve delays, and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders with precision and transparency. Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FSSAI, and other regulatory bodies for both import and export consignments. Maintain accurate records of shipment data, invoice reconciliation, and tariff classification in ERP or logistics management systems. Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to optimize routing, reduce demurrage, and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
