Import/Export Operations & Pricing Executive

Import/Export Operations Manage end-to-end international shipments (Air, Sea). Coordinate with carriers, agents, customs brokers, and transporters. Prepare and verify shipping documents: BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc. Handle customs clearance and liaise with authorities. Track and report shipments to clients. Pricing & Quotation Source freight rates from carriers and global agents. Prepare and submit quotations to the sales team or directly to clients. Analyze cost structures and propose profitable pricing models. Maintain rate sheets and ensure timely updates. .
