Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the daily shipment report to track cargo movement and delivery status.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers for required shipping documentation and compliance.
- Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure timely documentation and delivery of goods.
- Handle duty payments and ensure proper recording of all transactions.
- Prepare and complete checklists to verify shipment readiness and documentation accuracy.
- Review and verify clearing bills for correctness and compliance before final submission.
