Role Overview We are looking for an Import Operations Executive to support US PET resin import operations. The role will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international shipments. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end US import operations for PET resin shipmentsCoordinate ocean shipments, vessel tracking, and shipment status updatesManage import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, COAs, and certificatesCoordinate ISF filing and customs clearance activities with brokersMonitor container movement, port arrivals, delivery schedules, demurrage, and detention risksWork with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and trucking providersMaintain import tracking reports and provide timely updates to internal teamsSupport issue resolution related to delays, documentation, and customs requirements Preferred Experience & Skills 2-5 years of experience in import operations, ocean logistics, or international tradeExperience handling US imports and customs clearance processesKnowledge of ISF filing and import documentation requirementsExperience with polymers, plastics, chemicals, or commodity imports is preferredStrong coordination and communication skillsProficiency in Excel and ERP systems .
