01Responsibilities
Execute projects under the guidance of the Associate Director/Director/Partner. Work with the client as per the approach designed, guide PwC & client teams on projects, ensure adherence to the time lines and deliver agreed results to enable execution of assignment in hand. Identify opportunities in market independently as well as along with other verticals in PwC in India and network firms of PwC globally Develop in-depth knowledge of PwC products and support knowledge management on creating / assimilating new methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as converting experiences on projects into case studies for the organization Build and continuously update Domain Knowledge in Healthcare and contribute to thought leadership articles/publications In Addition to the above the resource is also expected to Address conflicting points of view in the teams they work with and align stakeholders within the firm Building strong client relationships, and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutions Participate actively in Business Development activities of the firm; research on potential clients and identify value proposition, proposal making and participate in meetings with clients Take up team wide initiatives targeted at improving delivery/ introducing new productsMandatory skill sets: Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA)/ MBA from a leading B schools with between 7-10 yrs experience in Hospital operations/Strategy/ Consulting with a good network among stakeholders Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills and ability to interact with senior level stakeholders Should be presentable, confident in approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Team building skills are desirable. Should be assertive and in situations of influencing. Should be conversant with Excel & PPT.
