Build and customize ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery)/WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) workflows, forms, widgets, and portals. Configure and manage HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events Build custom applications, workflows, and solutions within the WSD suite, including modules for desk booking, visitor management, and space management.
