Inbound Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls. Provide excellent customer service by being empathetic, patient, and professional. Meet daily targets for call handling, sales conversion rates, and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Job Requirements : 2-6 years of experience in domestic BPO or call center environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly over the phone. Proficiency in English language (written & spoken) is essential.
