Handle inbound customer calls professionally. Understand customer queries and requirements. Provide appropriate information and assistance to customers. Maintain proper call records and follow-ups. Communicate politely and professionally with customers. Coordinate with the team when required.

Fluent in Hindi (speaking and understanding). Positive communication and listening skills. Basic computer and internet knowledge (Optional). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
