Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Inbound Sales Telecallers based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers, provide detailed information about car care services and products, and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. You will qualify leads, understand customer needs, recommend appropriate services or packages, and guide customers through booking or purchase processes. Telecallers will update and maintain customer records in the system, follow up on inquiries to convert them into confirmed appointments or sales, and coordinate with the workshop and front-office teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The role also includes meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets while adhering to company policies and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain products and services clearly over the phone.Customer service and relationship-building skills, including empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with comfort in working toward call volume and conversion targets.Familiarity with using phones, CRM tools, or computer-based call handling systems, and the ability to maintain accurate records.Interest in or basic understanding of car care services, accessories, and detailing solutions (PPF, ceramic coating, interior cleaning, etc.).Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate with operations and service teams.Prior experience in telecalling, inbound sales, or customer support (automotive or service industry experience is an advantage).Minimum high school diploma; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
