Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from clients and provide accurate information about our products and services.Assist customers with account setup, application procedures, and service-related queries.Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately.Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.Stay updated on financial services, trading products, and company offerings.Collaborate with the team to meet departmental KPIs and customer experience goals.Participate in regular training sessions to enhance communication and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) and from Kochi.Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Customer-oriented approach with good listening and problem-solving skills.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Kochi Freshers are welcome! Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
