Job Description

Role Overview

You will be responsible for Incident Management in the Banking domain at Confidential company. As part of the team, you will be located in Sarjapur, Bengaluru, working in a hybrid mode with 3 days of Work From Office (WFO) per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, operating on 24*7 rotational shifts. Your role will involve maintaining existing Production Support Solutions and leading production improvement activities. You are expected to have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, or other relevant technical fields. Additionally, you should possess deep skills in systems such as operating systems, storage subsystems, and networking, and implement best practices for availability, reliability, and scalability. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle incidents within the Banking domain - Maintain and enhance existing Production Support Solutions - Lead production improvement activities to ensure operational efficiency - Implement best practices for availability, reliability, and scalability in systems - Collaborate effectively with the team members and stakeholders - Work in rotational shifts to provide 24*7 support as required

Qualifications Required
