Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily review, triage, and escalation of detected and user-reported Insider Threat events
- Collect supporting information and relevant artifacts for Incident Response activities
- Coordinate the response to incidents, assess severity, conduct mitigation activities, and ensure proper documentation
- Host calls with senior members to develop quick response plans for information security incidents
- Participate in post-mortem analysis to identify control gaps and process improvements
- Provide Information Security advisory services to key stakeholders
- Contribute to operational improvements, tooling projects, and provide on-call support
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Incident Management, Information Security, or Data Privacy
- Strong analytical skills to identify anomalies and potential risk issues
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, etc.
- Interpersonal skills, flexibility, and self-motivation
- Desired skills include Information Security certifications, knowledge of Insider Threat mitigation strategies, personal data protection regulations, incident management tools like Splunk, Microsoft Dynamics, and DLP detection products, as well as familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts.
