Job Description
Manage endtoend HR operations for the India Centre of ExcellenceDevelop and implement HR policies that align with Indian labour laws and global HR standards.Lead performance management, compensation cycles, payroll coordination and manager coaching.Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring and scaling the India COE.Drive employee relations, compliance, engagement and culturebuilding initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will come in with minimum 8-10 years of wellrounded HR experience, ideally from the tech, SaaS, GCC or broader technologydriven industry.
He/She will have handson expertise in HR operations, policies, compliance, performance management and partnering with leadership in a scaling, global environment.
