Job Title: Industrial Trainee (CA Intermediate/IPCC) Location: Bengaluru, India Department: Finance & Taxation Employment Type: Internship / Industrial Training (ICAI) About the Opportunity We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented CA Industrial Trainees to join our Finance & Taxation team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have successfully cleared both groups of CA Intermediate/IPCC and are eligible to undergo Industrial Training as per ICAI regulations. The role offers hands-on exposure to direct and indirect taxation, tax compliance, audits, assessments, and corporate finance processes, providing a strong foundation for aspiring Chartered Accountants. Eligibility Criteria Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate/IPCC Eligible to commence Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and finance concepts Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of TDS workings, returns, and reconciliations Assisting in GST compliances, including computations, return filings, and reconciliations Supporting Income Tax assessment proceedings and related documentation Assisting in the preparation of responses to notices and coordination with tax authorities Managing tax compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions, including preparation and timely filing of returns Supporting tax audits through preparation of schedules, audit workings, and documentation Maintaining proper records, documentation, and compliance trackers for tax-related activities Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate compliance What You'll Gain Practical exposure to corporate taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements Hands-on experience with direct and indirect tax processes Opportunity to work alongside experienced finance and tax professionals Exposure to audit, assessment, and statutory compliance activities in a corporate environment Training Duration 9 to 12 months, as per ICAI Industrial Training guidelines .
