Role Description
The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT operations, including managing network infrastructure, servers, and end-user systems to ensure secure and reliable performance. The IT Manager will implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, monitor system availability, and coordinate backups and disaster recovery plans. The role includes leading IT support activities, resolving incidents, and managing vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and projects. The IT Manager will also plan and execute technology upgrades, support regulatory and compliance requirements related to IT, prepare documentation, and collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and workstation administration.
- Proficiency with cybersecurity practices, access control, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience in IT service management, helpdesk operations, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to manage system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects in a financial or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with securities or financial services operations, and understanding of IT-related regulatory and complian .
