We're looking for a hands-on IT Team Leader to own our tech stack and lead our existing IT team.

Software architecture & full-stack development (backend + frontend)Mobile app developmentAWS cloud infrastructure & DevOpsCI/CD & production deploymentsDatabase administration & securityMonitoring, incident response & production supportInternal IT support & client technical supportTeam mentoring & technical planning
Must-haves
Strong full-stack development backgroundWorking knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and cloud deploymentsPractical AI knowledge using AI tools/APIs in development or building AI-assisted features is a mustComfortable owning production systems end-to-end, including being available for critical issues outside standard hoursAbility to lead a small team and document systems for continuity.
Salary: Up to INR 60,000/month (based on experience)
