Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end management of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments
- Lead a team of infrastructure engineers and system administrators, assigning work, mentoring, and reviewing performance
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure systems across on-premise and cloud environments
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, capacity expansions, and disaster recovery strategies
- Define and enforce infrastructure policies, standards, and best practices in line with security and compliance requirements
- Monitor infrastructure health using appropriate tools, and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, cloud services, and infrastructure support contracts
- Prepare and manage infrastructure budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and capacity planning forecasts
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for major infrastructure outages and escalations
- Collaborate with security, application, and DevOps teams to align infrastructure with organizational technology roadmaps
