- Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and requirements. - Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that are scalable and optimized for operational efficiencies. - Ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure by monitoring performance and addressing any issues or disruptions. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on infrastructure best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT infrastructure technologies. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of hardware, software, and networking products. - Conduct infrastructure assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure design, configurations, and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of infrastructure projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions. - Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching. - Experience with network security technologies and best practices. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
