Role Summary The Fund Manager will support the Company's treasury, fundraising, investment, and capital market activities. The role requires a blend of financial analysis, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to optimize funding, liquidity, and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities -
Treasury & Liquidit
yMonitor liquidity, cash flows, and borrowing costs
.Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) and treasury planning
.Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and productive deployment of surplus funds
.Fund Raising & Capital Market
sSupport fundraising through banks, financial institutions, debt markets, securitisation, NCDs, and other funding channels
.Prepare funding proposals, lender presentations, and transaction-related documentation
.Manage relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and market intermediaries
.Investment Managemen
tEvaluate investment opportunities for surplus funds
.Track fixed-income markets, debt instruments, and investment performance
.Recommend investment strategies balancing liquidity, safety, and returns
.Financial Analysis & Strategic Suppor
tDevelop financial models, investment analyses, and management dashboards
.Monitor market trends, interest rates, and regulatory developments
.Support strategic financial initiatives and business opportunities
.Stakeholder Managemen
tCoordinate with Finance, Business, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders
.Support due diligence, rating reviews, audits, and regulatory interactions
