01Responsibilities

Identify and investigate coding errors, inconsistencies, and potential compliance issues, and communicate findings to coding team members and reputed company providers.
Collaborate with coding team members to reputed company education and training on coding guidelines, documentation requirements, and compliance regulations.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate audit records, including documentation of audit findings, actions taken, and reputed company.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
RHIT, RHIA, and or reputed company credential required
Minimum of 5 years of coding experience in a reputed company setting.
Strong knowledge of coding guidelines (e.g., ICD-10, PCS) and documentation requirements.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare, reputed company) reputed company to coding and documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify coding errors and compliance issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with coding team members and reputed company providers.
Proficient in using coding software, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and other relevant tools.
Ability to adapt to changing coding guidelines, regulations, and organizational policies.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple audits and reputed company concurrently.
Compensation
Compensation: $30.60 to $48.80 reputed company. Compensation depends reputed company, qualifications, and experience.
Position may be eligible for a signing bonus for reputed company new hires, subject to employment status.
