1. Connect with prospective employers and understand their hiring requirements. 2. Consult clients on suitable recruitment solutions offered by Internshala. 3. Conduct product demonstrations and sales discussions with decision-makers. 4. Drive end-to-end sales conversations from lead qualification to closure. 5. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective follow-ups. 6. Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets. 7.
