Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive with 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a product-based company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and closing software sales. Robust communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product value to prospective clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive business growth.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of Inside Sales experience in a SaaS product company.
Experience selling B2B software solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
