Inside Sales Executive

Videshi Bhai is looking for dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives to help candidates looking for overseas job opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Call leads generated through the Videshi Bhai app.
* Guide users in completing their registration.
* Explain the platform, overseas job opportunities, and subscription plans.
* Convert interested users into paid subscribers.
* Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
* Maintain daily call records and CRM updates.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

* 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Lead Conversion.
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
* Basic English communication preferred.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
* Target-driven and self-motivated.

Preferred Background

Candidates from EdTech, Recruitment, Immigration, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or FinTech will be preferred.
