Position :Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
Understand customer requirements and convert leads into course enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Upsell and cross-sell advanced courses, bundles and learning products.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain daily call activity and follow-up targets.
