Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Close sales deals and achieve weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products/services and generate interest.
Follow up on leads and close sales over the phone.
Maintain customer database and update call records.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident phone manner.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
