01Key Responsibilities
- Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.
- Convince customers to complete the sale/subscription process.
- Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
- Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Hindi and other languages is an added advantage.:
- Experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, inside sales, or SaaS sales preferred.
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with mnimal supervision.
