Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative - freshers welcome - with a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT industry. This role combines back-end support with telecalling for customer acquisition, and is a great starting point for someone who wants to build a long-term career in IT sales and government tendering.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective corporate customers for lead and customer acquisition
- Support back-end IT sales operations - coordination, data entry, and follow-ups
- Check and track government tenders online, including on the GeM portal
- Assist in maintaining and updating tender and customer databases
- Coordinate with the sales team on quotations and client follow-ups
- Learn and grow into GeM tender participation and other IT product processes over time

Skills Required
- Good communication skills for telecalling and customer interaction
- Comfortable with basic computer use (MS Excel, email, internet research)
- Strong desire to learn about IT products (laptops, desktops, servers, UPS, networking) and government tendering (GeM)
- Willingness to learn - no prior experience required
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
