Instructional & Graphic Designer (Articulate Storyline)
Onsite | 6-Month Renewable Contract
Role Summary
We are looking for a smart, creative and highly productive Instructional Designer with graphic design skills who can transform learning content into engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, an exceptional time manager and someone who enjoys solving design and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
- Troubleshoot Storyline files, interactions, triggers, variables and publishing issues.
- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, icons, infographics and learning assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with SMEs, content writers and the creative team to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Strong instructional design and learner experience (LX) thinking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding time management skills with the ability to work at speed without compromising quality.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills
- Video editing and motion graphics experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar).
- Experience with AI-powered design and content creation tools, especially in Storyline.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI publishing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
