Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Advisor role based in the Mohali district. The Insurance Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, assess risk profiles, and recommend suitable insurance products and related financial solutions. In this role, the Advisor will conduct consultations, explain policy features and benefits, assist clients with documentation and applications, and ensure accurate and timely processing of policies and renewals. The Advisor will handle client queries, provide ongoing policy servicing, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Daily activities also include maintaining updated records in CRM tools, staying informed about industry regulations and product changes, and contributing to sales targets and business growth through ethical, client-first advisory practices.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Insurance, with the ability to recommend appropriate coverage options based on client needs.Understanding of Finance principles and products, including basic investment and risk management concepts.Background in Consulting or advisory roles, with demonstrated ability to analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions.Proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, accessible manner.Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Mohali district, with strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.Basic proficiency with computers, CRM or sales tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical advisory practices. .
