About the Role
PolicyX is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Motor Insurance team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to generate and convert leads through both existing networks and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through self-sourced leads and networking.
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients.
- Conduct cold calls to identify and acquire potential customers.
- Promote and sell Motor Insurance products to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 15 years of experience in Motor Insurance sales.
- Candidates must have their own portfolio/source base.
- Willingness and confidence to perform cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in B2B tele-calling or field sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
