Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs, explain insurance products, and recommend appropriate coverage. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, processing applications, and assisting clients with policy changes and renewals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with insurance carriers and internal teams, and providing responsive customer service on claims and general inquiries. The Insurance Agent is expected to meet sales targets, stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings, and represent Deccan King Pune in a professional, ethical manner. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively recommend and sell suitable policies to clients.Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Insurance to navigate multiple carriers, products, and policy options.Candidates should possess an understanding of Finance to advise clients on coverage aligned with their financial goals and budgets.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred.Ability to communicate clearly, negotiate, and present information in a structured, client-friendly manner.Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or policy management tools.Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad and comply with all regulatory and company standards. .
