Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases. Update and maintain customer records. Provide information on insurance products and services. Requirements Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. .
